TERMS OF SERVICE

We try to accommodate our clients as much as we possibly can and want each of our clients to enjoy every service to the fullest. Therefore, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms: ​ 

All first-time clients, please reply and confirm the appointment to the text message that sent to you on the date before your scheduled appointment. If no confirmation by 6 pm on the date you received the text message, your appointment will be canceled. Any missed appointments without giving prior notification (by 6 pm on the prior day) will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled.

ALL clients are required to provide the credit card information to be stored on our system to secure your appointments, NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation, No Show, and Late fees all will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time the appointments were scheduled. ​If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Our stylists' work schedule is strictly based on appointments, and most of the time, the appointments are back-to-back. Any late arrival to the appointments will cause the stylists to be late to the next one. We ask our clients to be on time so that we can provide the best service for you and everyone else. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the appointment (even if you called before and inform us that you will be late), we WILL NOT provide the service and will consider your appointment as a NO SHOW and you will be charged $50 No Show fee even if you want to reschedule the appointment to later time.


Please arrive at the appointment without any eye makeup. If you have eye makeup, please make sure you are arrived early before your scheduled appointment time and clean off the makeup on your own. If you arrived just right on time, then the technician will have to clean your eye makeup, there will be a charge of $10.  We do not wish to charge any of our clients this cost, so please, for your own benefit, arrived at the appointment on time and no makeup on your eyes.

All clients are required to provide First/Last name, mailing address, phone number, email, signature, and the picture took on our Waiver and Release Form before any service can be performed. Your picture will only be used for identification purpose as required by our insurance policy. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information in case there is a claim filed.  We do not sell your information to anyone or use your picture without your permission.

Please keep your valuables with you at all time, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen item.
